Terms & Conditions: Copenhagen Pop-Up Promotions
Free Product Promotion: The Copenhagen Pop-Up store (the “Pop-Up”) free product promotion (the “Free Product Promotion”) is available to Eligible Customers from 10:00AM CET January 27, 2024 to 11:59PM CET February 10, 2024, during Pop-Up hours (the “Promotion Period”). The Free Product Promotion is only available to customers who (i) are attendees of the Pop-Up; and (ii) subscribe to The Ordinary marketing emails at the Pop-Up, facilitated by DECIEM personnel/staff (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers will receive either one (1) free The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 or one (1) free The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (the “Free Product”). Limit is 1 Free Product per Eligible Customer. The Free Product Promotion applies to available products and stock during the Promotion Period, no rainchecks. If Free Product runs out, the Free Product Promotion ends.
20% off Promotion: The Copenhagen Pop-Up store (the “Pop-Up”) 20% discount promotion (the “Discount Promotion”) is available to Eligible Customers from 10:00AM CET January 27, 2024 to 11:59PM CET February 10, 2024, during Pop-Up hours (the “Promotion Period”). The Discount Promotion discount code must be entered online during checkout at the Pop-Up location during the Promotion Period. Eligible Customers must be logged in to their account during checkout. The Discount Promotion is only available to customers who (i) are attendees of the Pop-Up; (ii) complete an online purchase of The Ordinary products at the Pop-Up, facilitated by DECIEM personnel/staff; and (iii) reside in countries that DECIEM is currently shipping to (“Eligible Customers”). Excludes applicable taxes, brokerage, duties and custom fees, shipping and delivery charges, gift cards, other discounts and promotions, NIOD and other Deciem brands (including, without limitation, Abnomaly, DECIEM, HIF, Hylamide and The Chemistry Brand) and other items not discountable or excluded by law.

NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum 3 1:1 (CAIS3) and NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Lipid 1% (CAIL) will be offered at a 50% discount (the “Promotion”) to Eligible Customers on NIOD.com from 9:00AM EST January 15, 2024 to 11:59PM EST January 31, 2024 and at standalone DECIEM/The Ordinary stores during store hours from January 15, 2024 to January 31, 2024, while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”). Promotion discount will be applied automatically during checkout at NIOD.com or in-store on a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period. Excludes applicable taxes, brokerage, duties and custom fees, shipping and delivery charges, gift cards, other discounts and promotions, The Ordinary and other DECIEM brands (including, without limitation, Abnomaly, DECIEM, HIF, Hylamide and The Chemistry Brand) and other items not discountable or excluded by law.
Promotion is only available to customers residing in countries that DECIEM is currently shipping to (“Eligible Customers”). During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Customer (cardholder, household) will be limited to 5 units per product (i.e. SKU) at the promotional price and the Promotion does not apply to gift cards (the “Promotional Limits”). Any products purchased in excess of the Promotional Limits may be purchased at their original price. The Promotion applies to available products and stock at the time of purchase, no rainchecks. Promotion is not valid on purchases outside of the Promotion Period, cannot be combined with other offers (unless otherwise specified), is non-transferable and there is no cash value or alternatives.
DECIEM reserves the right, without prior notice, to (i) discontinue this offer/promotion at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it, including, without limitation, individuals creating multiple user accounts; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of promotional redemptions.
We expect all orders containing promotional items to be processed within 10 business days, however fulfillment times may vary during peak periods. To inquire about the status of your order, please Contact us. Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of the order being placed and within our service hours (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5 PM EST/GMT). While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will try our best to accommodate where possible. Please note, we have very limited support on weekends and public/bank holidays. Except as otherwise set out herein, all purchases are subject to DECIEM’s standard Terms and Conditions and Shipping + Delivery Terms which are expressly incorporated herein by reference. Any returned items will be refunded to the original method of payment used at checkout, at the price paid and subject to our Return Policy.
